- Preliminary inspection of goods and property which are offered as Pledge;
- Preliminary inspection of a condition of warehouses, storages and a storage equipment for determination to requirements to placement for each group of the goods intended for pledge
- Inspection of the property which is the Pledge subject including determination of quantity and quality, and also an independent value assessment of a subject of Pledge. Carrying out inventory count of goods in warehouses, including control of storage conditions of goods;
- Observation and management of work of warehouses for the purpose of control of movement of the goods and property which are the Pledge subject;
- Control of storage conditions of goods, for the purpose of ensuring maintenance of appropriate level of the not reduced remaining balance which is mortgage providing.;
- Control of compliance of a cargo turnover to orders of Bank;
- Confirmation of availability and property cost in case of execution of the bank guarantee or insurance;
- Support of cargo documents in case of transfer in sea ports, on cargo terminals and warehouses;
- Assessment of property and intellectual property;
- Other types of inspections for the customer’s request.
